How a package comes together

The same route for every package

Battery limits and scope are agreed before anything is priced, so the package is turnkey and the boundary is defined in writing.

  1. Scope, duty and discharge

Send the population or flow, the influent characteristics and the discharge requirement. The scope is set from there, with the battery limits in writing: what WWS delivers, what connects to it, and who holds each side. An unusual influent, such as high nitrogen or sporadic loading, drives the process selection.

  2. Process selection and design

Sequencing batch reactor (SBR), membrane bio reactor (MBR), compact aerobic treatment system (CATS) or a separation-based package, sized and configured to the duty. Existing assets that can carry part of the duty, such as tanks, pump stations or a pond, are worked into the solution. The package includes the design calculations, general arrangement and ‘as built’ drawings, O&M manual and manufacturer data report.

  3. Build and factory test

Modular construction in the WWS facility, then factory acceptance testing of mechanical and electrical equipment before dispatch.

  4. Deliver, install, commission

Transport to site, set-down, connection and commissioning by the WWS technical team, with operator training delivered alongside.

  5. Operate and support

Scheduled servicing and auditing, remote monitoring, critical spares, upgrades, and free telephone technical advice 24/7 for the life of the plant.

Which package fits the duty?

Send the population or flow, the influent description and the discharge limit. We will come back with a process recommendation and a reference plant of similar size already in service.
