How we handle personal information collected through this website.
[FILL – CONTENT-TODO #18] Still outstanding: legal review against the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and alignment with the Vysarn Group policy. #18a (what the form does with a submission), #18b (retention) and #18c (complaints) were closed on 2 Oct 2026 from Insource's written answers. The 24-month retention period is a WWS decision taken that day and should be confirmed in the legal review.
This statement covers personal information collected through this website. Personal information WWS collects elsewhere, through contracts, site work and employment, is covered by the Vysarn Group privacy policy at vysarn.com.au.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics, and does not load scripts, fonts or images from third-party services. Nothing is tracked as you move between pages.
The only personal information the site collects is what you choose to type into the enquiry form on the contact page: your name, company, email address, optional phone number, and the details of your enquiry.
How we use it
We use what you send through the enquiry form to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.
Where it goes
An enquiry is sent as an email into our own Microsoft 365 account. It arrives in our office mailbox, and a copy stays in the mailbox that sent it. It is not written to a database, it is not kept in a separate log, and no third-party form service handles it or stores a copy.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for 24 months from the date you send it, then delete it. If your enquiry becomes a quote or a contract, the records that follow from it are kept for as long as we need them for that work and for the period our legal and tax obligations require.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@wastewaterservices.com.au or 7 Success Way, Henderson WA 6166. We will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, write to privacy@wastewaterservices.com.au or 7 Success Way, Henderson WA 6166. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can take the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

No analytics are running on this site. If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled in future, this page will be updated to say what is collected and by whom.
