Waste Water Services joins Vysarn

Waste Water Services is now a wholly owned subsidiary of ASX-listed Vysarn Limited (ASX: VYS), part of a vertically integrated whole-of-life water services group.

Waste Water Services is now part of Vysarn.

WWS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vysarn Limited (ASX: VYS), whose stated strategy is to become an industry-leading vertically integrated whole-of-life, end-to-end water service provider, building value, scale and diversity through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

What changes

For clients, very little in the short term – and that is deliberate. The Henderson team, the manufacturing facility, the plants we support and the phone number you ring at 6 am on a Sunday all stay as they are.

What is added is scale behind them: the balance sheet, governance and reporting obligations of an ASX-listed parent, standing behind what is often a critical package on a client’s site.

What it opens up

The more interesting change is what sits either side of our scope. Vysarn’s wholly owned subsidiaries cover a broad span of the water cycle:

  • Pentium Water – specialised water management consulting in hydrogeology, hydrology and environmental planning
  • Pentium Hydro – hydrogeological drilling and dewatering
  • Pentium Test Pumping – groundwater management services
  • Project Engineering – Managed Aquifer Recharge and hydraulic engineering solutions
  • Vysarn Asset Management – investment in water and infrastructure assets
  • CMP Consulting Group – water infrastructure engineering consultancy

Where a project needs groundwater investigation, dewatering, test pumping, aquifer recharge or infrastructure engineering alongside treatment, those capabilities now sit inside one group rather than across a chain of subcontractors.
