Extending our reach across Australia and New Zealand

Waste Water Services is extending its modular treatment plant delivery and support into Australia's east coast and New Zealand, from its Henderson manufacturing facility in Western Australia.

Waste Water Services is extending its work beyond Western Australia, into Australia’s east coast and into New Zealand.

We should be plain about what that means. Our head office and manufacturing facility is at 7 Success Way, Henderson, Western Australia, and it remains our only physical location. We are not opening east coast or New Zealand offices, and we are not going to advertise ones we do not have.

Why a Perth manufacturer can serve the east coast and New Zealand

For thirty years WWS has been delivering treatment plants to sites that are a long way from anywhere – the Pilbara, the Goldfields, the Mid West, and Koolan Island off the Kimberley coast. That constraint shaped how we build.

Our plants are modularised so on-site assembly time is minimised, and so that mechanical and electrical equipment can be fully factory acceptance tested before it is dispatched. On the plants recorded on our project register, site construction has typically run 14 to 21 days from mobilisation to commissioning.

A plant built to be trucked to a remote Pilbara site and commissioned in a fortnight is, by construction, a plant that can be freighted to Queensland, the Northern Territory or across the Tasman. The freight leg is longer. The engineering does not change.

What clients outside WA can expect

  • Delivery – factory-tested packaged plant, transported complete
  • Commissioning – attended by our own technical team
  • Support – free telephone technical advice 24/7 for the life of the plant, remote monitoring by a WWS technician, and a critical spares list issued with every plant
  • Training – on-site operator training and formal assessment

If you have a duty outside Western Australia, talk to us about it. We will tell you what we can commit to and how it would be serviced.
