The Waste Water Services design for sewage treatment plants is a culmination of many years of experience and research. The design strategy focuses on producing a system that is safe and reliable to operate with minimal human interface. Safety is a priority and hazards are ‘engineered out’ at the design stage. A strong emphasis is placed on quality management with quality assurance and quality controls readily meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008
The system is offered as a complete package and includes preparation of applications to Local Government / Health Department, design, supply installation and commissioning of the process. The process design is reliable and efficient, encompassing many cost minimisation strategies such as combining the low cost Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) design with the high efficiency Ludzac-Ettinger denitrification method.
State of the art equipment and controls ensure that superior performance is delivered, even under demanding conditions while offering many important benefits to the client:
The WWS SBR control system focuses on an operating strategy that optimises the SBR process capabilities while minimising required operator time and decision making. Particular attention has also been afforded in the design, to maintenance minimisation, simplification and hazard reduction/removal. Each plant is constructed in modular form at our manufacturing facility at Malaga, Perth WA. The modular design reduces the on site construction time to approximately two weeks. The concept allows for factory testing of all mechanical and electrical parts prior to shipping.
This type of plant has been installed in many sites throughout Australia and the performance has consistently proven to be excellent. The package includes design and ‘as built’ drawings, operator training, operation and maintenance manual and manufacturer data report. In addition to the design, supply and installation package, Waste Water Services provide an on going comprehensive technical support service and a technical team are always available for assistance.
Every aspect of the design, procurement, manufacture, assembly and testing of the treatment plant is in accordance with Waste Water Service’s quality management system which is designed to satisfy the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008
