Pump Stations
Waste Water Services manufacture a range of packaged pump stations.
From our 0.7m square polyethylene pump pit to our Ø1.7m x 5m GRP, we have a range to suit your requirements.
Our polyethylene tanks are manufactured with a reinforced base (200mm galvanised channel frame bolted to under side of base for stability and rigidity)
A precast cover with a 600 x 600 cast iron access hatch is supplied.
Our GRP (fiberglass) tanks are manufactured with 16mm reinforcing rings moulded into the side walls and a 6mm steel plate moulded into the base.
Our Poly and GRP tanks are fitted with:
- Cast iron pedestal auto couplers
- Stainless steel guide rails and guide chains
- 4 x tear drop shaped level regulators
- Class 18 internal pipe and fittings
- Heavy duty brass isolation valves and heavy duty brass non return valves
- Three phase dual pump electrical control panel including manual/off/auto control and automatic alternate sequence control
- Heavy duty galvanised steel stand for control panel
- 2 x heavy duty macerator/grinder pumps to suit your requirements
